Here are a few lines about Hjortespringkollegiet that you can read before you fill in and forward us your application. Hjortespringkollegiet received status as an independent institution October 1'st 1981. The buildings were build in 1972 and was originally a dormitory for nurses.

Today, Hjortespringkollegiet is a modern offer to young people who study, with fairly large rooms with private bathroom and a sizeable enclosed balcony. The dormitory offers a wide range of facilities to the occupants free of charge. All of the rooms are connected to a modern telephone system, where you pay for your calls in advance.

In the dormitory's regulations a decision is written about only offering rooms to young people under education, who is 18 yers of age or older. For easier expedition of your application, please enclose a copy of any proof you may have that you are going to study. When you end or interrupt an education, you are under an obligation to notify our daily leader hereof. Every year in the period May 1'st to May 10'th and November 1'st to November 10'th the dormitory carry out a check to see whether or not the occupaants are under education.

If you whis to know about your placement on our waiting list, pleas contact our office yourself. We do not send you any notification that we have received your application. For additional information about the dormitory please contact out office on the above telephone number Tuesdays between 6.00 - 8.00 PM.

For your information the rent is as of August 1'st 2010 DKr 2,033.00 monthly. Hereof DKr 30.00 is a membership fee to our occupants association. All of our rooms are unfurnished. Under special circumstances arrangements about furniture can be made. The above mentioned rent is inclusive electricity, water and heating. Before you can move in you are required to pay a deposit worth DKK 5,763.00 in addition to one months rent in advance. Futhermore you have to sign and forward us your contract. The room is for one person only, and the only pets allowed are birds and fish.
